As a company we have dedicated an extensive amount of time to design- this being the core of our business.

Here at Tegan, we have an excellent reputation and relationship with our clients working from first principles and building equipment to meeting their specific requirements. We work very closely together through the planning and design stage of a project; with carful communication and consultation we recognize our customers’ unique needs -this is why our clients come back to us time and time again.

All our mechanical design is done through the SolidWorks platform and all equipment supplied by Tegan is supplied at a recognized worldwide standard and CE marked.

Pilot Line

The Pilot line concept is a new and exciting production solution offered to the medical device and pharmaceutical Industries for the production of small volumes of new technology.

It is a flexible platform designed to be a modular system, which can be adapted quickly as the product evolves in its early life cycle.
This gives our clients the advantage of getting their product to the marketplace very quickly.

Components

We have identified special purpose equipment, processes and systems that can dramatically reduce the timelines and cost for our customers.
We operate with the backing of an advanced CNC machine shop offering our customers a relatively wide range of services.

This facility is fully equipped with high quality 5 Axis CNC Milling and Lathe machines. Our skilled CNC machinists work closely with the engineering design department and operate both day and night shifts to ensure the rapid production of components, and the development of advanced complex equipment to meet the customers’ requirements, deadlines, and timescales.

We extensively use both Cognex and Keyence vision systems in the equipment we supply. All equipment coding is carried out in house by our Software Team

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Full-time Permanent Monday – Thurs 8am -5pm Friday 8am-1pm
We are currently recruiting for a SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER to join out team!!! Key Responsibilities : •Managing all aspects of projects from conception through to final installation •Create mechanical designs and detailed drawings utilizing SolidWorks modelling software. •Work with electrical and control engineers as required in the machine design. •Documentation to meet GAMP requirements. •Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products •Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products. •Develop testing processes and perform testing and validation of new designs. •Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software. •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors. .
